Creating a modern brand for an ancient university. The challenge was to bridge the gap from its inception in 1495 to the present day.
Aberdeen is a beacon of possibility, so bold copy to make readers pause and think fitted perfectly. Paired with Northern Lights visuals, the creative mirrors the environment – working hard to conjure the mystery and awe of this natural phenomenon.
Identifying core thematic pillars and placing hard-hitting questions at the start of each block of text allowed us to develop a brand that stayed true to Aberdeen's never-ending quest for discovery.
